Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He also serves as director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous online articles as well as a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne is married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
